Buy2Let Cars Administration - Wheels4Sure

I have a lease with Wheels4Sure and like others only had one generic email from administrators. Road Tax is due to expire at the end of this month and now getting really concerned because I don't have any paperwork which I could use to pay tax. I called the administrators on the number given on the FCA website and told me to send an email with the query and they can't answer anything over the phone. I've emailed them as well and hope they will come up with an answer before the tax expire.
Is there any way to pursue Martin Lewis or the staff of this website to chase this and come up with some answers for everyone here?0 -

I had the letter today. I’ve only had the car 6 months. With bad credit I’m not sure I’d find another deal. Worried is an under statement0

I also got the letter yesterday - Really concerned because the road tax expires today. I've been reading the contract documents and there is a document called 'Customer Declaration', in that under Key Information it states that:You will in the second and subsequent years of the Lease Period obtain and pay for an annual road fund licence for the Vehicle.
Nowhere in T&C or Contract documents, they made this clear that car users/customers can not obtain road tax and W4S will do that on their behalf. Citizens' Advise told me to write a letter and post it to them giving 14 days notice to sort this or cancel the lease and collect the car. I plan to do this today.

I received a letter yesterday but I took this as positive news that the contract was continuing as normal? They state that servicing will be paid for in the usual way.
Interesting that you have the option to purchase the car at the end of the lease; I wonder how they will price them.
C95 have you managed to sort your tax?0 -

So they got my letter today and emailed me back in the evening saying that they have now paid the road tax. It's still not showing up at DVLA but they did say it can take a couple of days.Below is the email I got today. It has email address and also phone numbers which might be useful so some here.voyagerweb I can share the letter in the morning. It's on my computer. Please send me a DM and I will send you a copy.

I was contacted regarding the administration and told everything would run as normal. Last Thursday 1st April I received an email to say the MOT was due and was urgent as they couldn't tax without it. They told me too book in and authorised the amount and they would reimburse early this week, email back and forth with immediate response, i managed to get it it to Halfords the same day. Emailed the documents. Receipt and bank details as requested but now it's Thursday and still no reimbursement of the £40. Ive tried emailing but no reply at all. Anyone had the same??0
