People do more than sh*t / wash / soak / brush teeth in a hot tub............or so I've heard.lookstraightahead said:
You mean like a toilet / shower / bath / sink?nimbo said:Or have the just realised the hot tub is knackered and it needs to go...
also maybe I’m a bit creeped out by the idea of sitting in someone else’s hot tub that you know has had dead bugs in and other peoples bodily fluids?

I am in the process of buying a place at the moment and it has fitted wardrobes but I hate them, when the contract comes through I hope they say they are not included 😅cattie said:I once had an accepted offer on a house & then told fitted wardrobes would not be included!0 -
Title thread should be changed - it isn't an issue with the EA it's vendors changing their minds (maybe intended to leave the tub and then someone they know says they'll take it for a few quid........).

The parlance of frequent hot tub 'dippers'. I'm told sexpond parties are a big hit in middle England suburbia. Watch out in the early hours at weekends for drivers unable to get into their cars because the electronics on their keyfobs is fried from water exposure......pinkpiglit said:

Just drop your offer by 4k as you will now have to buy a hot tub. Bet it will suddenly be included again. The tight muppets are probably going to try and sell it gor a few hubdred quid.0

Nothing to do with the agent or the listing or the printed particulars. You'll find an exclusion clause similar to "these particulars do not form part of any offer or contract and must not be relied upon as statements or representations of fact" in the details. The only document that matters is the TA10. Make your own up based on what you know and go round for another viewing and check off what you expect or want to be left discuss that with the vendors.
