Talk Talk breach of contract?

I was with Talk Talk bb for 16 months and then when the renewal came in they were going to charge me £14 for a call boost when up until then I got free calls. I declined this and signed up with a new supplier, when this was going through TT rang me and offered me the same deal I was on, rather than mess about I accepted and cancelled the contract with the new supplier bearing in mind that I hadnt started with them and hadnt received the router. I got a new contract through the post from TT stating that I would pay £20 per month for BB line rental and free calls for 18 months, this was on the 18th Dec 2020. this week I had my March bill from TT and they had charged me £14 for the call boost.
On checking with the online chat over the weekend and again this morning on the phone they say that the free calls were for my old contract and that the offer ran out in Feb 21.
Question is can they do that to me and am I within my rights to seek out another supplier without being penalised for leaving TT very early. I have the contract in my hands that clearly states unlimited uk call boost free for 18 months dated 18th Dec 2020.

You can only leave penalty free if you go through the complaints procedure and TT agree for you to cancel the contract .
Go back to TT and complain .
Swapping of your own say so will more than likely lead to billing for remaining months of contract .
