OP, budget about £5k for the kitchen, a couple of grand for a completely new bathroom with fitting and tiling, and carpet shouldn't be more than £10 a square meter if you find a local reliable indy. I reckon all done for £10k.0

I reckon all done for £10k.Did they want underlay and the carpet fitting for that price? The OP has given us zero information to go on and not come back.Nobody can even guess what needs to be spent. If the kitchens, bathrooms and carpet needs replacing, who wants to take bets on the condition of the actual structure and the plumbing and electrical installations. It's silly to even suggest prices, but 'everything under £10k' is dangerous for any kind of quality of anything in the smallest of homes.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
