Hello everyone! Did any if you vodafone costumers got their bill increased? Me and my husband have vodafone contracts, me paying £20 and him paying £40. His  bill increased in Jan by £10 and mine by £3. And in Feb his bill is £65. We are out of contract for many months and we did not contact then over the phone for any deals. We will ask for refund and close down the deal.

Refund for what exactly?  You're out of contract.  Not Vodafone's fault you didn't do anything about it for months.

Vodafone discounts tend to have end dates, usually some time after the minimum term ends. Has a discount been removed?

You were in a deal in a contract for xxx months

End of contract you would revert to standard tariff rate plus is all recent contracts they allow for CPI increase in price each year .

Nothing to be refunded. It's your fault for not sorting it out
