Exactly the same advice as given on your other thread about the other court order for that case.

hi all, whilst it is past 20th July, and no communication has been received by me in relation to this particular case, should I also continue to send a letter to court before the 4th of August as well?

also, as I have not put any expenses towards this claim yet, do I have the option?

Well clearly the Defendant cannot 'file and serve any consequently amended pleading' if the Claimant has not served an amended Particulars of Claim.

What you can do however, and should do, is remind the Court of the consequences spelt out in para 1) of that Order.
I.e. that as the Claimant has failed to provide better POCs by 20th July then the Claim will be automatically struck out.

Get writing that email to the Court Manager at Nottingham County Court asking him/her to confirm that the automatic strike out has taken place.

But this OP knows this claim was struck out as he/she told us in the other thread.  One struck out by the court, apparently, and the other one now discontinued.

But has not even hinted at that in this thread.

Hi all, not sure if this helps but, last letter received against this case was only the one which I posted on 6th July. Will send the email to court today to request confirmation of auto struck out by court.
