Confused by Nottingham LISA application

I applied and was accepted immediately on The Nottingham Building Society LISA. However now I'm confused.
I done a trial payment of £1 from my bank account to the LISA but nothing has been received. I've also not had any further emails beyond the one activating my account. Am I doing something wrong?

What do Nottingham say about its apparent non-arrival?  Was the payee validated by Confirmation of Payee when sending it?

What do they say? Do you mean customer service? I did it online

When I sign in and go to transfers it gives a sort code and account number to pay but no name. Is the name my own? I don't understand. I find the whole process odd and unnerving. I don't want to transfer any money in to it tbh

I'm meaning that nobody on here can tell you what's happened to your trial payment so you need to be asking them....

Did it come from your nominated account? Everything to or from the LISA needs to be from and to the nominated account.

How long has it been since you made the payment?
It will probably not go direct to your account,  but to their bank account ( with someone like Barclays etc ), then it has to be identified as your payment and then transferred to your LISA , so there maybe up to a 48 hour ?? delay + nothing will happen at the weekend .
I have a savings account with one of the smaller banks and the same happens there.

You will need to deposit a minimum of £10 into the account as your first deposit to open the account
