Studio vs 1 bed flat utility bills

Hi,
I'll soon buy my 1st flat and would like to know if there's much difference in utility bills between a studio and 1 bed flat? Is it a matter of 100s pounds per month / year between the two sizes? Obviously things like insulation and building quality etc matter, but does the actual size of the property make much difference? I'm a single person.

Didn't think they were letting you view or taking you seriously. Is it Edinburgh or Cambridge 🤦🏼♀️?2024 wins: *must start comping again!*11

With a similar size and construction there's unlikely to be much of a difference unless you keep the bedroom unheated.

What an open ended question that no one coukc possibly answer. A massive studio vs tiny 1 bed, an old conversation with bay windows vs purpose built modern flat etc efc.
Of course it wont be hundreds different, how much do you think utility bills will be ?
Sounds to me you shouldn't be even contemplating buying somewhere, no wonder estate agents refuse to deal with you.2 -
you will be using utilities more up north than down south due to the weather. So which is it?"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2

Possibly the same as the utility bills in the Edinburgh flat you owned previously.2
