That's nutz. Virgin should be putting out a statement and offering ppl £50 compo each.
I've their credit card; thankfully £0 balance (I hope!). The card is good.
Sadly I switch broadband to them last Nov. Saved £660 but the service has been appalling, matched only by an app I cant sign up to and a call centre you cant get through to🤔Admin for Tilly Tidy to £1825 DFW challenge: 2021
