Exercising outside more than once a day - allowed now?

On reading the government guidance on exercise it seems that the reference to 'once a day' has been removed, however I can't find any way to access previous versions to check this. Because of my job, it's really important that I obey all the guidance (and of course it's important anyway just to be a good citizen). Has anyone come across anything definitive regarding when the 'once per day' was lifted? I'm assuming it was on Monday 8th March when they added 'outdoor recreation'. It does still say to 'minimise the time you spend outside your home' so I'm not planning on multiple jaunts, but it would be great to be able to go for a run in the morning and a bike ride in the afternoon, rather than having to stay out for hours on end because it's one and done. Absolutely nothing in the media about it since Monday, so older reports are not particularly helpful.

I don't think the restriction on once a day has returned since when it was relaxed after the first lockdown.3

This article states that exercise "should be limited to one a day."
Ask your MP rathr than take the risk IMHO

As far as I'm aware it was never not allowed. It was "should" not "must" so purely guidance.2

As long as you aren’t taking the preverbial and driving for an hour to walk up a hill/around a lake etc and aren’t mixing households that you aren’t bubbled with then I wouldn’t see an issue with 2 or 3 periods a day1

– March 23: Announcing the first lockdown, Mr Johnson tells the UK public that they will only be allowed to leave their homes for limited reasons, including food shopping, exercise once per day, medical need and travelling for work when absolutely necessary.
– May 10: Mr Johnson announces the first easing of England’s lockdown, telling people they are allowed to sunbathe in parks and leave the house to exercise more than once a day.

Can't post links but yopu can look up the page you linked on archive.org an d see archived versions.
It saysYou should minimise time spent outside your home, but you can leave your home to exercise. This should be limited to once per day, and you should not travel outside your local area.So it was definitely guidance rather than law.1 -
And since I can't edit my post, the above was changed on March 8th to
You can leave your home to exercise or to visit a public outdoor place for outdoor recreation, such as a coffee on a bench or a picnic in a park. This can be on your own, with one other person when in a public outdoor place, or with your household or support bubble.
