My husband helps the kids (they are quite young) to make me a card, lets me have a lie in and cooks me a good breakfast. We don’t feel the need for bought cards or presents, it’s not about money spent for us. He does buy his own mother a card, chocolates etc as she would be raging otherwise haha (I will usually make or buy my mum a card depending on time, made one this year).Part time working mum of DS (2015) and DD (2018).
