If you're expecting to have to give them funds, I would ask them now. But it's possible they're awaiting information before they can finalise the statement.0

Is it a problem if I dont receive the completion statement before completion? Completing on Monday but solicitor has said he is chasing up financial details from freeholder (we exchanged nearly 4 weeks ago so no idea why its been left to the last minute). I will be owed money rather than owing it so does it matter?
