Virgin sim only
So can someone explain to me how this works I’ve got a unlimited everything virgin sim that’s £27 a month I’m on a month rolling contract as its been over a year which is what the contract was originally for.
so they have a deal on was told available to anyone which is £20 sim only unlimited everything for 24 months but they are saying I can’t keep my number so I’m I best cancelling my current deal then take out the new one or take it out now then cancel as it’s only on offer until
The end of the month as they are saying I can’t upgrade the deal I’m on to this one with same number.
I personally think they are saying that because it’s cheaper because when I log in ironically it will let me upgrade to what I’m on already 12 month contract but for £30 a month while keeping the same number lol Thanks Ste

If you want to sign up for the £20 contract (which is probably only for new customers) but keep your current number you will need to request a PAC and port it to another network, such as GiffGaff, then do the same to port it back to your new Virgin contract. Using the PAC terminates the contract it comes from, so there's no need to call Virgin to cancel.Evolution, not revolution0
