Cheap Pay monthly for Dad - to Spain

Hello. 

I am looking for a cheap sim only, pay monthly tariff (for my elderly father) that has unlimited calls and includes some inclusive minutes for Spain. 

No data or texts are needed as he can’t use them. He can’t use Skype or anything as he is incapable of operating it and refuses to get broadband.

Any ideas of suitable providers / tariffs? All inclusive minute is easy to find but inclusive international calls to Spain seems difficult.

Yes i agree with above, Lebara £5/mth, in excess of the 100 inclusive international minutes it will cost 1p/min to Spain (landline/mobile) if you activate 'Best Rates':

There is a £4 month with 50 Int. mins and the other 50 to Spain will cost £50p on those best rates 
(only 300mins UK which may or may not be enough  25p a minute over that).

can also get the £5 version for £4.95 or £4.99

cashback options not sure about topcashback
quidco £4 for a £5 sim but might not be able to combine with the extra data(not a problem for this use case)
