OP - email the DVLA and ask for their records on that vehcile. Becuase there is a reason you didnt get so many tickets, and the MOST likely by far is your V5c was wrong.

I am just completing my N180 form, the directions questionnaire for the small claims track.

Should I tick "yes" to the box that says I wish to use expert evidence? I'm not sure if it comes to it and I am quoting over cases for example, that would be counted under that section?

    Thanks again

No to expert evidence - unless you're fielding a forensic scientist at your expense!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ha ha, OK thanks. It's the small claims court, so I doubt even they would get much of a chance to speak even if I did!

I ended up having to pay them for this one. Then, as you probably saw in my post today, our paths crossed once more and they have again managed to get another win on me.
