Can't log in to 3 account - help!

Can anyone help me logging into my 3 account on line?
Basically the box that I enter the telephone number is greyed out so I can't go any further.
I've tried clearing browser history, using either microsoft edge and chrome but nothing works.
3 seem to have washed their hands of it and I seem to be hitting a brick wall.

I have had this problem and only managed by using a different browser, currently Ecosia. That's on a mobile phone though, I've not tried lately on a computer (no longer use one).Evolution, not revolution1

Yes ..they've also sent me a link to reset the passwords but that only works until I try & go into a different accountPhones4Chris said:
