    If the total amount is less than £27K , HL will work out cheaper . If it is more than £27K, then II works out cheaper.
    That is ignoring any extra costs that might be involved.

    Poster seems to have shares not funds. HL cap shares at £45 pa in an ISA which makes II a dead duck on the costs front
