Hi, I received a private parking notice from HE PARKING LTD last July, in September I sent a letter to them asking for information and putting my new address on the letter. I never received any correspondence from them.
they continued to send all the threatening letters from Zenith, and Gladstone to my old address. I sent then an Email stating this was a Data Protection issue. They replied that I had not made contact with then until my Email and said they had no letter from me. I checked Royal Mail and the letter had been delivered, signed and time of delivery, no mention about data protection from them. Do I write back or just what to see what next.
Has any one heard of HE parking the post code of the car park is different on the sign with tariffs .

No I have never heard of HE Parking Ltd.
Google doesn't know anything about HE Parking Ltd either.
Can you perhaps tell us the full name of the parking company?
Is it perhaps NE Parking - the company you mentioned last July in your other thread?

If this is the same incident as discussed on your earlier thread then please continue asking any questions on that thread.
You got lots of replies on that thread but have given no indication that you have even read any of them.
What's 'fishy' about three similarly named companies all sharing the same address? If you look further you will find several others. They all share the same director too.3 -
When you go back to your original thread please try to be more accurate with your input, getting wrong names, abbreviations etc etc will not help you or the regulars to get to the bottom of this.And turn off your caps lock please.3

Indeed, in matters such as this, where court proceedinds are likely, 100% accuracy is a sine qua non, these companies ruin lives.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1
