Standing Charge on Meter Incorrect

So now my initial complaint with SSE is resolved I thought I would also share their explaination of the standing charges on the meter which came about after I had new meters installed.
They advise the meters and therefore any IHD show the following which is why they are higher and not the same on bills etc.
SMETS 1 devices : VAT - No, Discounts - NoSMETS 2 devices : VAT - Yes, Discounts - No
I don't use the IHD (I've been without one for years these just came with the new meters) but for those that do for budgeting this is worth knowing.0
