Agent has messed up price reduction on Right Move

I’m having a right old mare. My house went up for sale in December, I accepted an offer within days but a week ago the purchaser pulled out when their property sale fell through. My house went back on the market but there hasn’t been any viewings since then.
Yesterday we reduced the price on my property, I wanted to to that not only to help it move but also so that it would bump it back up in the ‘recently added’ searches on right move . However, that reduction did not make it come up the results for ‘newly added properties’ right move searches. I did some research and found out that rightmove only includes properties in the results for ‘new listings’ if you reduce the price by 2% or more - so I asked my agent to reduce the price by a further £2500 to be able to meet that criteria. However, it is still not coming up in those searches - and I think that is probably because the price reduction was done in two stages (albeit within the space of an hour) and so therefore rightmove isn’t recognising it as a valid reduction.
I spoke to my agent to ask them to speak to someone at right move to see if they can remedy this. It completely negates much of the point of me reducing the price by this amount if it doesn’t result in my property getting bumped up in the listings as a result! However my agent insists that reducing prices doesn’t get it refreshed on right move , and you can only do that by taking it off the market for three months and then re-listing it. Which we all know is utter nonsense! I’m stressed out, because surely it needs to be remedied urgently (ie today) so that it will come up in the ‘added in the last 24hrs’ searches that home buyers often do when they’ve been looking for a while? (I know that’s what I do....)TL:DR - is there any way as the property vendor I can contact right move myself to sort a problem that the agent won’t help with?

No you can’t.
Anyway you are dreaming if you think that suddenly reappearing as a new listing is going to fool anyone.3 -
anyone seriously considering a move will look at EVERYTHING available on rightmove, i know i look at the oldest added as often people will be more willing to accept an offer if there house has been on for months and they want to move.11

New agent! They'll take current Spring photos, no Xmas clues that say "we couldn't sell at this price". Ditch the old agent, and sign up with a new one as soon as you can opt out of the current contract. You'll provide your current agent with a valuable life lesson that they will remember the next time they suggest a price drop to their clients!5

How about rather than ‘fool anyone’, we say you want to make them believe something that isn’t true.

2%? I was under the impression it was way more than that.
Wouldn't worry about it reappearing. Just try to get it into the next bracket down on rightmove so others will see it.2024 wins: *must start comping again!*2 -
perhaps your house is overpriced at this time, as above mentioned serious buyers will look at all properties in their budget, not just new ones."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Don't forget that many people will have browser extensions installed, so they'll see the price history.4
