Virgin Complaints
I have a Virgin mobile phone. My contract finished before Christmas. When i phoned Virgin before Christmas they said I could either carry on as I am or upgrade to a new phone on a new contract. So I carried on. At no point did they say I would be charged £3.00 a day for data. I amassed a large bill which they refunded some of the charges but not all of them. Now they have cut my phone off. I am a vulnerable adult living on my own on benefits. When I spoke to the customer service dept in the Philippines they were useless and didn't want to know. There doesn't seem to be any contact in the UK apart from an address in Sunderland. Has anyone else had problems with Virgin Customer Service or Virgin in general.

What contract are you on with Virgin, and why the £3/day data charge..?
In addition to the choices you were offered when your contract's minimum term ended, you always have the options to change to a SIM-only contract or move to another network.Evolution, not revolution0 -
Sorry you are going through this, both mine and my wife's Virgin accounts have been messed up after going from PAYG to SIM only. Their online community is rubbish, so is their overseas support.
