5th SEISS Eligibility - Self Employed + Part time employed

Sorry if this is a repeat of any other post - i have searched and can only find similar questions relating to the first grant back in March.
Asking on behalf of my wife - she is part time employed & self employed. She has been working all the way the pandemic in her part time job as covid support for the council, but her part time role of Fitness instructor obviously stopped pretty quick. We haven't been eligible for any of the SEISS grants to date as her self employed income is 45% of her overall - less than the magic 50%. She has lost all her self employed income since April last year.
Luckily she has maintained full pay for her part time work, and i have been lucky enough to maintain full employment throughout - much better than what many others have had to face
I am thinking that she will now be eligible for the 5th grant from the recent announcement ? Is anyone able to advise please ? We have completed tax returns for about 6 years - always with a slightly smaller income on the self employed part
Many thanks in advance for any guidance
Regards
Matt

Part of the criteria for the next grant is that you need to have submitted your tax return for 19/20 no later than 2nd March 2021. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/self-employment-income-support-scheme-grant-extension/self-employment-income-support-scheme-grant-extension

Thanks poppy12345, we have already filed 19/20 back in summer last year (had nothing else to do on an evening during lockdown!!)0

If her self employment income in 2019/20 was less than her other taxable income in 2019/20, as well as this being the case in the earlier years, she will not be eligible for SEISS 4 or 5.0
