Help needed with sim card

I activated my smarty sim card 3 days ago but the internet doesn't work with nokia 5.4 phones so how can I get a refund on my sim card but keep my number so I can go with another provider.

    When you say 'does not work' what do you mean? have you put in the APN's that are needed? Is the 5.4 unlocked for Smarty?

    We will update the ticket once we have confirmation from Nokia that software is available for customers to update.

    You was correct it was the APN settings. I put the smarty sim in my daughters samsung a21s and some of the apn settings was different so I got my phone and changed one setting at the time and if that didn't work I put them back to how it was and doing it this way I found out changing MVNO Type from none to GID made my internet work. MVNO Value then changed from not set to 0309 but you could leave this to not set and the internet would still work.
