                    Hello,
I have received a PCN from APCOA when I parked in Tesco on the 11th.
I have added the letter sent by them demanding a payment of £35 within 14 days otherwise pay the full and the identity of the driver at the time. I had spent over £5 during the date of the charge but it not validate as most of the time the kiosk is not working or has the sign of "no need to validate today". I am fairly certain that the visit was only around 10 mins over the 30 mins period. I admit that I should have checked if i was within the 30 mins timeframe but i feel this to be unfair as due to social distancing measures along with ensuring the basket we used was sanitised along with the longer queue, it would be difficult to accomplish this within the allocated time.

I am unsure whether to appeal or pay this fine,
Any advice or suggest would be appreciated

Send the blue text template appeal easily found in the first post of the NEWBIES thread.
Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations needed.
 Send it as the keeper.
 That's it.1

            As BrownTrout says above ....
Tesco for whatever their reason, get involved with parking scammers. In the past, the CEO of Tesco made it very clear that he supported scammers and hated customers. There is a new Tesco CEO who you can write to but I suspect he still hates customers.
Follow the NEWBIES thread for what to do next.
In the meantime, stay away from Tesco and tell your friends and family to stay away.
It's customers who pay the salary of the CEO ...... NOT PARKING SCAMMERS2

            It is not a fine.
You have left the PCN number showing.
CRAPCOA are easy to beat as long as the driver's identity has not been revealed.
Hopefully they won't come here, as we know some scammers do, because the driver's identity has been revealed.
Complain to the CEO as advised and send the template in blue text asap.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1
