There's no inherent issue with having a boiler in a bedroom, and the vendors have clearly been quite happy with the concept for a period of time... How old is the current boiler?0 -

The most likely reason for it being there would be simplicity of installation if it was replacing a back boiler in that chimney breast.
Given that all the water is in the back of the house, moving it to the kitchen would be the obvious location, shortening all pipe runs. You'd have to run gas from the front of the house, but that wouldn't be a showstopper.1 -

That's correct, in the front right bedroom. The flue is coming out of chimney. Kitchen seems best bet.AdrianC said:

If the sale includes the freehold (including of those eaves) then I'm not sure why they've marked it as "non-demised".AC20 said:
