I thought I had mentioned that but it must have been in another thread.  I moved to NowTV from Sky because I thought the transition would be smooth given that behind the scenes they are both Sky.  I wasn't sure that the router would work when swapping, even though I had read it should... but just wanted to point out to anyone thinking about moving that it is a seamless move.

Edit : Not quite a seamless move.  I discovered that caller display was not working on all of my accounts.  However, a quick call to NowTV got it sorted out.  They seem to be quicker answering calls than Sky and it's still UK call centre staff

You need to get through to disconnections by saying  "close my account" when asked why you're calling. Then you'll get through to the team who can offer the best discounts.
Paying £18 for fibre BB and £10 for anytime calls is entirely possible.

That's what I did.  They offered nothing.  3 separate calls to close 3 accounts.  I half expected Sky to ring back as my transfer date to NowTV became closer but nothing.
