Quidco/plusnet not honouring reward card

I signed up for a plusnet broadband package via quidco Compare, where a cashback amount plus a plusnet reward card was offered.

 The cashback has tracked but i didn't receive the reward card, I contacted quidco who told me Plusnet provide this so I should contact them. Since then I have been constantly passed between the two companies, with both denying they supply the reward card.  Last time I checked this was still being advertised on quidco, and after some googling I've seen others having this same issue.

 Has anyone had any luck resolving this or any advice as I am at a loss. I dont know why they continue to advertise it if there is no intention of fulfilling it (well I do, go get customers!)
