Letter of claim BW legal

Just to check, I requested SAR from the PPC and I have that. Is there no need for me to fill in the reply form? Do I now email the solicitors the following? Why are you considering ticking anything on that form?
Time for you to read again the second post of the NEWBIES thread which tells you exactly how to react upon receiving a Letter of Claim.
(a) I am seeking debt advice but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017.
(b) I have sent your client a SAR
(c) also confirm your correct 'address for service' if you've moved and the PPC has two addresses.

I am not going to repeat the NEWBIES thread, you can read it as well as I can.
Why didn't you see these words there? In the first few lines...

I emailed BW Legal the following:
Dear Sirs,
I am in receipt of your Letter Before Claim of 18th February 2021.I am seeking debt advice but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017. I have also sent your client a SAR.This claim is so absurd and a waste of our time (and the Court’s time) that we shall be seeking full costs when we prevail, if you continue to take this further.
I have received the attached response. How do I respond to this?
I was not the driver at the time of the fine and had no knowledge of it until I received a letter through the post. Do I just let this go to court?
Thanks in advance.

You must respond and tell them what you would have said if you'd appealed. i.e. that you were not the driver and will be defending as registered keeper. As such, you want BW Legal to clarify whether their client thinks that the signs gave 'adequate notice' of the alleged contract and whether their client is relying upon the POFA 2012 or not, and if not, on what basis will they pursue a registered keeper who was not the driver?

Hello All,
I’m in a similar situation, same company - received a letter of claim even after appeal and giving them the details of the driver, the driver is now lives abroad, but all details have been provided. The driver was issued two charges - one they have stop chasing - same issue.0 -
Your case is not the same at all if you gave the name and address of the driver. It would be unlawful to sue you and you MUST respond saying that, and quoting the POFA schedule 4.
