My friend rents a flat and his bath has split. He didn't break it it's just down to old age. He spoke to his letting agent who got in touch with landlord who has said they aren't going to repair the bath as he broke it. They haven't even seen the split. Anyway he has now taped the split its about an inch and a half above…

when his lease runs out would he really want to stay with a landlord who does not give a toss about his property? I agree with clutton, dumb to the nth degree, some people really are ridiculous!! What does a bath cost- no more than 500 MAX including fitting, he will lose this over the long term anyway, what an idiot :wall:
