Easyjet May flights

I currently have flights booked to Italy in early May. The flights have not yet been cancelled and easyjet are saying they are still operating. Is it safer to pay the extra to move them now or wait for easyjet to (hopefully) cancel?

If you move them more than 14 days from the date its free or it has been the three times we have had to.

By 'free' you mean 'fee free' don't you?
The man in the pub told me that there was no charge at all, but I'm not sure I believed him.

Easyjet will be cancelling in date order. They have just cancelled hundreds of flights for April. I am sure they will move on to May flights once they have dealt with the fallout from April cancellations.
  • Last year I received a flight voucher from Easy jet at the time that was the only option offered to me. I have since found out I could have got a refund. I emailed easyJet to ask to have the refund and explained that I was given that option at the time. They have refused is there anything I can do to get a refund?

No, during the early stages of the pandemic Easyjet made it very difficult to obtain a refund - impossible to get through on the phone and the refund request well hidden on the website. Unfortunately, if you got a voucher then you are stuck with it.
