Santander desktop online banking 1/3/21 I cant log in! SOLVED!

Anyone else struggling to log in. App is working fine but I need to use the desktop site and the screen just freezes at customer number despite multiple attempts, clearing cookies, re boot etc.

    Fine here once you get past the ad for Trusteer and the "do you want a loan to buy a car" page, despite the fact that I already pay Santander £600 a month for my car!
    Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

    Used an old Amazon Fire tablet and that worked. Tried an older iPad and same problem. Have been OK in the past.

    Mystery solved. I was using a saved page for login which has become out of date. Santander advised me to type in the web address each time so I get the most up to date page and that worked. Cheers!

    Ninth Anniversary 500 Posts Name Dropper Photogenic
    It's not working today, it goes back to the login page after successfully putting in PIN. Tried on multiple devices and browsers and with new device it sends OTP as well but never goes into the account just goes back to the login page every time!

    No problem for me logging in online (Edge browser) or app (iOS). Seems the problem is unique to you and you need to call Santander.

    It does "work" eventually after repeatedly logging in over a dozen times but once in the account it logs back out. It is very temperamental sometimes it does after just clicking on one link, sometimes it is good for a few minutes of navigating.

    Got absolutely no problems whatsoever. I still recommend you call Santander.
