You will get a CCJ If VCS fail to respond.  Try phoning them (I never normally say that, but in this case you are calling the shots and only have 24 hours).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

1a) if no,  what payment details did you use?
    2) what reference did you use; was it the PCN? Mediation? Couirt claim number? What!

Joint account information they sent me
    this is getting bloody painful

OP. Please, give us facts. Not "they". Who is "they"? Who's joint account? What Reference number? Be precise!
You have this information so I have no idea why you cant tell VCS the reference, nor confirm it was the correct account details, for example. I have zero idea because your responses are lacking facts! or precision!
I asked lots of questions, you answered one. Keep failing, and I will be out.

I have told VCS the reference number. The reference number and account details the courts gave me to pay.I have sent the proof that  it had been paid. But VCS saying they not had the money despite proof. Today I have contacted the bank and they are making enquires that money been put into VCS account and will send me proof. Is there anything else I can do. Can VCS still file for CCJ.

"The reference number and account details the courts gave me to pay"
    - you have account details for VCS
    - we know this, you showed us a letter with them in
    - so, comparing the account you sent the money to, with the account details in front of you seems a really obvious step to do! So, do so! Do they match?
    Similarly
The reference number "the court gave you" -  doe sit bear any relation to any rerf number you have from VCS?

And yes, opf course VCS can make an application to ask the court to find against you. The mediation was legally binding, if you dont up-hold your side they can ask the court to judge against you. They cxantr "just get a CCJ", they have to make an application. That application costs £100.
BUT PLEASE! PLEASE! Actually answer the exact question given. You keep failing basic info and its frustrating.

You showed us a letter earlier with VCS' bank details.
In that image, just above those bank details, is the reference number you should've used. You have masked it in that image.

The sentence on that letter reads:
Payment can be made using the bank details below, please ensure that you include the reference xxxxxxxxxx when making payment so that we are able to allocate it to your account.

Can you confirm that that was the reference you used when making the payment to that specific bank account?
A YES answer would be good.

OK, so have you contacted VCS? Have you told them the above?
