Vehicle control saying not received payment

I got a court letter from vehicle control for parking on private land visiting patient. I went through mediation and paid £100 as agreed on 29th October. They sent me a letter to say received nothing from me not paid by 2nd March court CCJ. I sent email straight away with phone shot of payment. Taken them two weeks to reply and now asking what reference number I used. It’s one courts gave me. Can they do anything else. What if they give me a CCJ. Please help

The sentence doesn't make sense. Show us a redacted copy of the letter. 

VCS can't 'give you a CCJ' - only a court can do that.

So prove you made the payment. What do you mean "reference number the court gave me" ? What payment details did you use?

I paid through bank used reference number they said to put on. Sent the proof. VCS asking me what reference number I used?

you know which reference number you used!
"they" being...?
what account number and sort code did you use? VCS oir someone elses?
Etc.

This is all very confused.  I am puzzled why you asked our advice OP .  All you need to do is read the newbies and spend a half an hour on a search engine.

Just tell VCS the reference number and show them the proof.  Demand they tell the court that you did pay in time.

OP. Please, give us facts. Not "they". Who is "they"? Who's joint account? What Reference number? Be precise!
You have this information so I have no idea why you cant tell VCS the reference, nor confirm it was the correct account details, for example. I have zero idea because your responses are lacking facts! or precision!
I asked lots of questions, you answered one. Keep failing, and I will be out.

Thanks I have sent the reference number and proof to VCSI have also asked bank for confirmation the money has gone into the correct account of VCS. I don’t understand why they don’t accept the proof sent. Will they tell the court I paid in time if demanded. Thank you for your advice . Worried I will get sent to court and get a CCJ
