Zog - Smart Meters

Back in 2017, I had my SM installed by SP. I am assuming they are SMET 1 meters, as no other supplier has been able to take readings from them. YE went bust and I have moved my gas over to Zog. I had SMETS2 meters installed by Shell Energy
I moved to British Gas X (later Evolve) who always asked me to send meter readings. I complained three times and was eventually told that there was a problem with the BGas Evolve systems accessing smart meter data.
I am now in the process of switching back to Shell and have received two emails saying they can use smart meter data! Fingers crossed!
