Shall I phone the council to see if they can sent someone out?
    Hi,
    is it an emergency?
What kinda paint was it, oil or water based?

I’m not sure but it looks awful, my neighbour had bailiffs calling on her in the morning and she was in a bad mood in the afternoon. She is single mum with 4 kids age from 25 to 10.

What's that got to do with anything.
NOt much but just anti social behaviour, late night parties, pot smoking, kids balls coming in my garden 10 times a day. It’s a small house and small garden and not enough room for kids playing football, barbecues smoke right near fence apart from that all’s lovely.

Normally I would not bother but I’m selling my house and don’t want to put viewers off.

If potential purchasers a put off by an accidental paint spill, I would suggest they aren't very keen on the property in the first place.

It happened on Thursday afternoon and I have poured hot water on the streaks but not much luck. It’s starts from neighbour front gate and on the pavement outside my house.
Similar house on my road are selling for 300 - 270k, I got mine on for 260k.

About four or so years ago, the town council sweeper told me off for drippimg masonry paint on the pavement, when I was painting our back wall. So when I did the front wall, I put bin bags own and weighted them with prbbles, My neighbours laughed at me.
Pressure washing should do it ?

Pressure washing will probably remove the paint but depending on the power of the washer and how solid the pavement is, it's possible that it will cause damage to both the pavement area and any surrounding vehicles if bits of tarmac or other material are removed.
If you do get it cleaned, make sure that whoever does it has a good look at the area to make sure that it's fairly sound before going ahead.
