Best way to transfer euros to sterling

Hi there. Am looking for advice regarding the transfer of euros to sterling. I have euros in my Irish Bank account that I would like to transfer into sterling into my UK account. I am anxious about when would be the right time to move the money- will the pound get stronger any time soon? Should I move it now? Is there a way of avoiding high charges for currency exchange?

If coming out of lockdown goes to plan then there maybe a bounce in exchange rate.

https://www.revolut.com But don't exchange at weekends and only at the rate of  £1000 per month if you can. Otherwise Wise, as above, might be better for you.

I use currencyfair.com for 'international' money transfers, but sadly, I'm unable to predict the exchange rate in the future!
