Royal Mail & New Build

I have been in my new build property for 3 months now.
My postcode is recognised on the Royal Mail website but my mail is not being delivered.
I am having to make a 15 mile round trip to collect my mail every 2 or 3 days.
It's getting ridiculous now.
What can I do ??

You haven't mentioned it, but what do Royal Mail have to say about this?
Surely you have asked them?1 -
Have you registered your new address or reported that it is missing? Our local council add new addresses for a fee, have you enquired with yours as to what happens?

Then you need to speak to your local Delivery Office and lodge a complaint, particularly if all of the 'new' properties are having the issue.greyteam1959 said:
