Royal Mail & New Build

I have been in my new build property for 3 months now.
My postcode is recognised on the Royal Mail website but my mail is not being delivered.
I am having to make a 15 mile round trip to collect my mail every 2 or 3 days.
It's getting ridiculous now.
What can I do ??

You haven't mentioned it, but what do Royal Mail have to say about this?
Surely you have asked them?

Have you registered your new address or reported that it is missing?  Our local council add new addresses for a fee, have you enquired with yours as to what happens?

Yes along with that of my 6 neighbours.
Who also have the same problem.

Then you need to speak to your local Delivery Office and lodge a complaint, particularly if all of the 'new' properties are having the issue.

It's 'ridiculous' that 7 households have been making a 15 mile round trip for the last 3 months to collect their mail and haven't got this sorted.

You can't get in touch with them?

You've spoken to them and they say they'll 'sort it out'?

You've spoken to them and they say there's nothing they can do?

What are you and the other 6 households doing as a collective?
