Santander 123 - Pending transactions show in the app but not desktop website

Wondering if anyone here on the development side of any bank's online portal has a take on this. On the Santander website you see the current balance, and balance incl. pending. But you don't see the pending transaction. Worse, you don't see it in "View pending payments and transfers". However on the mobile app you do see…
