There's a small scale vaccine passport trial about to start between London and Singapore to test the app . Data is only stored on your phone's , not a remote server , for security.
The outcome of the trial may indicate the feasibility of the covid passport becoming a reality quickly.
Spain has indicated their preferences for a passport system backed up with PCR tests for the non vaccinatedEx forum ambassador

I am opting for September bristleposh and prepared to quarantine in Spain if it goes tits up and there is another strain that my vaccinated body cannot cop with. If there is lockdown in Spain at least I can be on the terrace enjoying the lovely weather as I have a house there. The tricky thing is to get a test and the result back within the timescale demanded by the destination country should they want one.0

My granddaughter had a test today for her return to school and had the results within the hour so it must be possible to speed up the testing.TVAS said:I am opting for September bristleposh and prepared to quarantine in Spain if it goes tits up and there is another strain that my vaccinated body cannot cop with. Those tests the children are doing are only 2/3rds accurate.A lab test could be speeded up if they employed more staff and venues but then it would cost more.Still you pay for parking, insurance, kennels, housesitters etc so one more shouldn't be a problem.
