Setting up BT email

Today I got a new laptop (Dell Inspiron 7501) and am trying to setup BT IMAP email through Outlook - I have done this already on my previous laptop and a second one too.
I'm using the proper account settings but keep getting an error message saying that the server settings are wrong. Can anyone offer advice about what settings are wrong? I am inputting them correctly.
Thanks

https://www.bt.com/help/email/manage-email-account/manual-settings/what-are-the-settings-for-outgoing-and-incoming-bt-email-servers - SSL Encryption: Enabled (but not STARTTLS) - also Please do NOT enable "secure password authentication" (SPA). It's not needed when you use SSL encryption and won't work.

Take a screenshot of your settings.I'll do a screenshot once Photoshop downloads and I can scrub my email address from the message.I've tried incoming 993, outgoing 465 (which is from the account settings on the original laptop) as well as 587.I see what you mean about encryption type sorry! I am using SSL though the option is SSL/TLS.

Alternatively, the mail server might be blocking it as a suspicious login, try logging in via the web page on the same laptop and then again with Outlook. Had something like this happen to me before.
PS you can use the built in Win 10 snipping tool like I did for redacting0 -
I was referring to our different email addresses! Anyway, found how to redact with Paint.0

Can you find the setting for "My outgoing SMTP server needs authentication" - that is vital for the outgoing server to work and therefore Outlook to send the test email. Must be ticked and then select "use same settings as my incoming server".
