Yorkshire Water - how much will I pay?

in Water bills
I am moving from London to Leeds via a short stay at parents. I was responsible for bills in London and I’m almost certain I could go on Thames Water website and get an estimation for what my bill would probably be (no meter).
Now I’m moving to Leeds I have no idea what the standard water bill is / will be. I have scrolled through YW and google for ages and honestly don’t know if it will be £2 a month or £500 a month. Why’s it so difficult to get an estimate? So much talk of cubic meters and RVs which mean nothing to me.
3 bedroom property with 2 people without a meter. Can anyone help me out with a ballpark figure? Or if I’m missing the blatantly obvious “estimate your bill” section on YW website then feel free to shame me!
Thanks

Ring the water company up.
You bill is based on the rateable value of the house in the nineties,
Ask your landlord if you can have a meter installed, I guarantee it will be less than half of the rv amount.
We are home all day, car, garden, dishwasher, shower x 2 every day on a meter is 240£ per year or 20£ a month on a meter.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Either renting or buying, it is possible that you will have a meter fitted compulsorily with no option to refuse; or you could elect for a meter. If you ring YW and give them the address they should give you the Rateable Value(RV) of the property and annual charges. They should also be able to give you an estimate of average charges for a couple on a meter.Withouut knowing the RV and if the property is liable for surface water drainage charges, nobody here can give you a reliable estimate.0

Water companies say the average usage of a person is around 50 cubic meters per year so a water meter bill for one person could be as little as £200 per year.
Over the two years, I've had my meter I've used 31 cubic meters. This is about half of one year's water bill without a meter.
If you don't run taps fast to get the hot water, as I used to before I got a meter, then you save water as the boiler heats the water just as fast as if you run the tap fast.Someone please tell me what money is0 -

OP, if you are moving to a property on RV billing, then cu m are irrelevant anyway, although YW can impose a meter upon change of occupier.
Once you have the RV, the calculation is very simple. What is confusing you about cu m or RV billing? No free lunch, and no free laptop0
