LISA

Does using LISA when buying a house closes your account with the provide(nutmeg),

Or does it simply withdraw all the money from the account and left with nil balance?

You could ask the provider but if you ask your solicitor to withdraw all the money then the provider seems likely to close the account. If you are very clear you only want to make a partial withdrawal of a defined amount the account will stay open - unless someone makes a mistake!

You can also have multiple LISAs provided they are each opened while you are under 40 and you do not contribute to more than one each tax year.
Cash LISAs tend to be suitable for first time buyers and S&S LISAs are suitable for people investing for 20+ years until age 60+ as they have the minimum 5 years preferably longer to have a good chance of a positive outcome.
