Depends where you are. Pointless having the cheapest deal on the market if you don't get a signal with that provider. Get some free sims from the four networks and see what sort of signal you get.Assuming you have internet where you are at the moment, you may be able to transfer it. Have you looked at that?1

Three usually cheapest.
Do you know anyone with three to test the speed first?
A lot of people complaining about their speed as it is location dependant.
I used to get 28 Mbps dl with their 4G.
Now I am on 5G and getting something like 170 Mbps

We are using Giffgaff, 20 for 100Mbps a month while waiting for Virgin to get their act together.0

I get about 20mbit/s with Three where I live, but only around 3-4mbit/s with EE (not tried Vodafone or O2). So, as others have said, it's not just which one is the cheapest it's the one than works best where you want to use it (and at the times you need to use it).
Do some tests - get a couple of PayGo sims from a couple of the networks and check them out, especially at peak times.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
