No money is available now and there is no guarantee that money will be available in the future – it depends on the outcome of the case at the Competition Appeal Tribunal so say Which .

Also, In Europe Samsung phones tend to use Exynos or Mediatek processors. And don’t Apple use their own A series chips which aren’t made by Qualcomm. (Except the modem chip in some models which is either Qualcomm or Intel)0

The Galaxy s8, S9, S10, S20 and S21 range all use Exynos processors in UK apart from some limited exceptions eg the S20 Fan Edition.0

Many Samsung models used Qualcomm .S1 S2 S3 Note 3 all Qualcomm for me Note 9 Exynos .Four claims for me = Megabucks less Whiches cut .0

It's true that the UK versions of Samsung and Apple phones do not necessarily have Qualcomm processors in them. However, even if they don't, Qualcomm may have overcharged for the patents they hold which are important for other processor manufacturers.
Perhaps I should have worded the original post differently. What it should have said is:
"Since 2015, it is alleged that Qualcomm have overcharged for the patents it holds in relation to the manufacture of smartphone processors".
This means the prices of processors used in all smartphones that make use of Qualcomm's patents (not just its processors) may have been inflated and led to consumers paying too much for smartphones.4 -

Exynos generally uses Samsung’s own cores based on licensed ARM designs. So I think it unlikely that many would have a claim.0 -

Exynos might use Samsung cores and use ARM designs, but ARM and Samsung may still rely on Qualcomm patents. It's pretty common in the tech industry that manufacturers rely on their rival's patents.

Here's a story from the US which might explain why Which? is suing Qualcomm:

Basically, Qualcomm own some essential patents for smartphone manufacturers and they were accused of overcharging for these patents.0 -
Ye the patents are to do with calling if I'm right like a 2g phone call and ye it could be to do with processor patents aswel last Snapdragon processor Samsung in UK was the S50
