metric gas meter being billed as imperial

Options
My gas meter is metric, but every time I change supplier they always bill reading as imperial, always takes months to persuade them, with hours of explanations, photos of meter, etc. etc. Is there a central meter register that can be amended? How can I ensure a new supplier knows meter is metric?

    Welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately it's the wrong one unless you're referring to LPG.
    Try re-posting in Energy.

As above if you click on the large Black Energy label.

You have posted in the LPG, Heating Oil, Solid and Other fuels.   The large black Energy label looks like the above when looking from the forum list.
A common mistake and we have asked the board many many times to make it clearer but they ignore us.
