I participated in this offer with Azimo in December, the deal was a £25 Amazon voucher if you made your first money transfer by 14 January 21. I did my first qualifying transfer on 13 January 21.
i don’t know how to claim my voucher, and the two links on the MSE Newsletter are no longer visible!
can anyone help with how I can claim the voucher?
thanks
Liz

Same, i didn't think you needed to claim it but they would send you the voucher within 60 days (i think) but not received anything yet. I made my transfer back on 14 december1

Just wanted to say that you need to keep your eye on the voucher like a hawk. Myself and few others took up the offer and none of us have received our vouchers and are now chasing.0

Same problem here. I contacted Azimo who have redirected me to Giftcloud who are, allegedly, looking into it. I'll report back once I've heard. Anyone had any joy yet?

Update on the voucher situation.
After 6 months and numerous emails chasing, they finally 'agreed' my voucher and I then had to chase it up a few more times before it was finally sent.
However 2 friends who had exactly the same problem were told that the 'transaction hadn't tracked' so tough luck. They will be putting in a formal complaint.
IMO Azimo is just putting out promotions they have no intention of honouring. I personally will be closing my account and going back to Wise to transfer monies.0 -
