just got an email from court informing me that time of my hearing tomorrow has been changed and will now be heard 1 hour later than originally planed, District Judge Taylor will contact both parties prior to hearing.

so its Southampton and District Judge Taylor who I believe previously ruled Abuse of process...

I would appreciate any additional tips for the hearing to not to mess up basically:)

Be available for the whole of the planned hearing time and do not disappear if it seems that something has gone wrong.  Someone got a default judgment a few weeks ago because they thought the court had finished with them and cleared off.  Be polite, be attentive, make notes, have a crib sheet for all the points you want to raise, STOP when you are winning and, when you have won, don't forget to ask for costs!

Case dismissed, Judge Taylor allowed £95+ 4 hrs for preparation time, resulting in total £171 payable within 21 days:)

I will report on hearing later on, let me enjoy this small wining for now:)
Well done, from what I read, it's good to see Judge Taylor is still on top form.

I'm sure that Judge Taylor won't have liked seeing his previous judgments appealed (Semark-Jullien?).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well done and thanks for letting us know.

Please do contribute to the government consultation on parking charge levels, especially as the PPCs are trying to get an extra £70 for fake debt collection costs in through the back door.

It is always gratifying when proper costs are awarded.  See if you can squeeze them for more, read this.
