Just want to warn people about purchasing from furniture village. I should have done a lot more research on their products but there just werent the reviews available. I buy second hand items or Freecycle all the time but for the first time purchased sofas which less than two years in they are completely knackered. They have had minimal use and furniture village's response is I should buy more stuffing and inners. They are so bad on video calls people comment.
Do yourselves all a favour and do not buy from here.

Furniture Village - broken promises and lies!
Ordered a dining table, coffee table and 6 chairs from FV in December got a call 3 weeks ago the driver saying 15 mins before he was due to drop and install the furniture that he had to turn back and get back to Warrington before 1500 - this was shown to be a lie
We managed to get a delivery the next day minus 1 chair and the driver/installer ( nice bloke) showed us a damaged edge to the table which he duly reported, I spoke to FV on the Monday and sent photos of the damaged table to which they said they would refund £150 - to which I stated I would review once the missing chair turned up - it eventually did last week - I then rang FV and eventualy got through to someone (I was number 30 in the queue - as usual when you ring FV) who said someone would contact me from their resolution team - this was LAST WEDNESDAY , since then NOWT, despite emails to their customer care (ha) and I even c/cd their CEO's in the emails!
I have left a 1* review on Trust Pilot which I have updated twice - still nowt - I notice coincidentally, after each new 1* star review is left its quite often followed up with 5* reviews from people who have left either 1 or 2 or even no reviews on Tust Pilot previously - bots at work?
One for my M&S section 75 consumer credit card act I think?
