Be wary of Honda’s service plans.

"Hi Customer, this car has 2 FREE service left on the service plan" You just have to take it to a Honda dealer...

I had 5 services carried by my local Honda dealer. No issues and  great value. Definitely the way to go if keeping the car for a period. I’m sure your mistaken because any and every Official Honda dealer will honour a Honda service plan.

I can only relate the experience as I have seen with my mother and her 2016 Jazz.  Your experience was obviously different.

My son bought a second hand Jazz from a Honda garage.When he tried to pay for his first service he was told there was no charge as the previous owner had taken out a service agreement.
