The question is whether the contract is frustrated, because under the current rules, it is almost inconceivable that anyone could sensibly take advantage of the property (a family unit with 10 - 18 children whose house becomes uninhabitable is one possibility). The likelihood is that by 18 May, two households could stay at the property, or a maximum of six people, and so it becomes more difficult. Your best hope is that the four tests the PM says will be applied allow restrictions to be fully lifted by 18 June rather than 21 June.

Buy a coffin to take. You can have up to 30 at a funeral then.
